Migrants were on the move today as we were greeted just off the parking lot by a flurry of warblers, mostly Northern Parulas, Blackpoll, & American Redstart. In the first field, we had Black-and-white and Yellow Warblers along with Cedar Waxwings and Indigo Buntings. Red-eyed Vireos were present throughout the walk. A highlight was the sight of eight Brown Thrashers perched high together for scope views. Leaders: Mike Crewe, Chris Marks, Catherine Busch, Megan Crewe, and Warren Cairo.
