Group 2:  Wow!!! Higbee Beach at its best!! Higbee's fields were awesome this morning, with countless flocks of warblers flashing overhead, Cedar Waxwings trilling everywhere and a madness of all kinds of birds! In among all this activity were special treats that included Red-headed Woodpecker, Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, a Rose-breasted Grosbeak that perched for ages, some smart male Black-throated Blue and Black-throated Green Warblers and the first good push of Golden-crowned Kinglets. Some of us finished with a perched party of Pine Siskins. Leaders: Mike Crewe, Catherine Busch, Roger Horn, Chris Marks, Elizabeth Errickson, and Erin Lehnert.
