Many species of ducks and waterfowl can be found on the ponds of the State Park including Mallards, American Wigeon, Ring-necked Ducks, Northern Shovelers, both Green- and Blue-winged Teal, Gadwall, Pintails, Pied-billed Grebes, and Coot.
