Spring Migrants at the Rea Farm - Saturday, April 28th, 2012

Cool and sunny then cloudy. Lots of Yellow-rumped Warblers in breeding plumage and some singing. Now and then a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher would show, Common Yellowthroats were singing, and 1 Yellow Warbler made an appearance. Swallows included Barn, Tree, and Northern Rough-winged. We finished at the parking lot with a singing, perched Blue Grosbeak. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Chuck Slugg, and Catherine Busch.
