Higbee Beach - Friday, April 6th, 2012

A rather quiet Higbee Beach today, but migration lurks just around the corner. The bay was quiet compared with last week, but we still had Northern Gannets to enjoy. In the fields we mostly found birds keying up for the breeding season and Field Sparrows in particular gave a fine showing.  Leaders: Mike Crewe, Karl Lukens, Steve Weis, Roger & Kathy Horn, Chris Adams, Patty Rourke, and Catherine Busch.
