Bird Walk for All People - Saturday, April 28th, 2012

The Bird Walk for All People enjoyed a variety of birds in the State Park. Highlights of the walk include many Forster's Terns courting, drake Northern Shoveler on Bunker Pond, a pair of Bufflehead off shore, and many Barn, Tree, and Northern Rough-winged Swallows flying over ponds and beach. Several Yellow-rumped Warblers in breeding plumage were seen in the woods. Leaders: Chuck & Mary Jane Slugg, Cindy Bamford, and Catherine Busch.
