Sunset Birding at the Meadows - Friday, October 18th, 2013

Lots of ducks but very "skitterish" doing much flying around. We had four fly-over Wood Ducks, Gadwall, Mallard, both Teal, Northern Shoveler, and Northern Pintail. On the beach we had two Lesser Black-backed Gulls. Good falcons with perched Merlin and Kestrel for good scope views, and a fly-over Peregrine Falcon. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Chuck Slugg, Jesse Amesbury, and Deb Payson.
