Birding Cape May Point - Wednesday, October 16th, 2013

Today we had a nice variety of ducks including two Wood Ducks, Gadwall, Mallard, American Wigeon, both Teal, Northern Pintail, and on the ocean, Surf, Black, and one White-winged Scoter. Raptors included Osprey, Northern Harrier, Sharp-shinned and Cooper's Hawk, and one adult Bald Eagle. Lots of Yellow-rumped Warblers about and a couple of Blackpolls. Leaders: Mike Crewe, Karl Lukens, Megan Crewe, Warren Cairo, Steve Weis, Jesse Amesbury, and Chris Marks.
