Wind-driven rain did not deter either birds or walkers for the Hawks, Trails, and Beach Walk. Highlights include: many Great Blue Herons perched in trees and flying overhead; Peregrine Falcons, Merlins, and American Kestrels; Osprey; Sharp-shinned and Cooper's Hawks; and both Ruby-crowned and Golden-crowned Kinglets.
