Sunset Birding at the Meadows - Friday, October 11th, 2013

A rain-shortened walk still produced some birds with Savannah and Swamp Sparrows being the most numerous. Shorebirds included Pectoral Sandpipers and a few Lesser Yellowlegs and Semipalmated Plovers.  Highlight was a brief look at a Virginia Rail. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Chuck Slugg, and Deb Payson.
