Birds of Belleplain - Thursday, April 4th, 2013

A very chilly morning probably kept the birds quiet. Pine Warblers were singing and feeding in plain sight however. No Yellow-throated Wablers were heard (1 heard by leader on Pine Swamp Rd. before the walk). We also had Eastern Phoebes, both Nuthatches, as well as Hairy, Downy, and Red-bellied Woodpeckers. Also had good looks at Golden-crowned Kinglets. Leaders: Bert Hixon and Karl Lukens.
