Photo Walks with Mike Hannisian - Saturday, August 4th, 2012
Our first Saturday Photo Walk of the season was greeted with sunny if rather warm weather. Regardless, it is hard to complain about Cape May in August, and our walk was presented with a nice selection of photo subjects. Bunker Pond had, of course, its share of birds, including multiple immature Little Blue Herons along with omnipresent Forster's Terns. In addition, flowers were in bloom everywhere, as were a number of dragonflies including striking male Halloween Pennants and Needham's Skimmers. The 7-day forecast suggests that next Saturday may be even better!
