EZ Birding - Tuesday, August 14th, 2012

The first EZ Birding walk kicked off with a good variety of birds in small numbers. Highlights include several species of terns such as Least, Common, Forster's, and Royal, several families of American Oystercatchers with fledged chicks, several Yellow Warblers and Blue-Gray Gnatcatchers, and the walk ended with three hawks in the air at the same time - Cooper's, Red-tailed, and Broad-Winged - over Lighthouse Pond East. Leaders:  Chuck & Mary Jane Slugg.
