Higbee Beach Birding - Friday, August 24th, 2012

A fairly quiet morning at Higbees with one good pocket of activity where we found Redstarts, Red-eyed Vireos, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, and Black-and-white Warblers. Toward the end of the walk we had numerous Eastern Kingbirds. A distant perched Yellow-billed Cuckoo provided good scope looks. Leaders: Mike Crewe, Karl Lukens, Chris Marks, Warren Cairo, Patty Rourke, Catherine Busch, and Carrie Bell.
