Twilight Watch at The Meadows - Wednesday, September 9th, 2015

Tonight's Twilight at the Meadows began with storm clouds moving in and distance claps of thunder. We spent a good amount of time in the parking lot, close to our car waiting and hoping that the storm would blow over. It eventually did, but we had to shorten the walk. Surprisingly, it was very quiet after the storm. The highlight was getting close looks at Green Herons and watching a juvenile Osprey attempting to land in a nearby tree.  Leaders: Warren Cairo and Bill Smythe.
