Cox Hall Creek WMA - Sunday, September 23rd, 2012

Blue Grosbeaks were more numerous than Eastern Bluebirds at Cox Hall Creek today, at least, among birds seen. Two adult and 2 immature Bald Eagles soared in the morning's bright blue sky, as well as Cooper's, Sharp-shinned and Red-tailed Hawks, Merlin and Kestrels. Warblers were sparse with Palm, Black-and-white, Common Yelllowthroat and American Redstarts seen.   Leaders: Kathy & Roger Horn, Janet Crawford, Cindy & Shaun Bamford, David Lord, Steve Weis, Mark & Lynne Breslow, Mary Jane & Chuck Slugg.
