Birding Cape May Point - Wednesday, September 12th, 2012

Good looks at terns including Gull-billed, Caspian, and Royal. Four Brown Pelicans flew in and sat on the water right in front of the group. Palm and Yellow Warblers were along the dune path as well as several Common Yellowthroats. Raptors included Red-tailed, Sharp-shinned, and Cooper's Hawk, American Kestrel and Merlin. Leaders: Mike Crewe, Karl Lukens, Steve Weis, Chris Marks, Patty Rourke, Erin Lehnert, and Megan Crewe.
