A Meadows Afternoon - Friday, May 25th, 2012

The Friday afternoon at the Meadows walk had beautiful weather and a good variety of birds. Highlights include:  several Osprey, lots of Forster's Terns, Short-billed Dowitchers, Semipalmated Plover and Sandpipers, Black Skimmers, American Oystercatchers, and Piping Plover.  Some Least Terns are sitting on nest scrapes on the beach. Leaders:  Chuck & Mary Jane Slugg.
