Birds of Belleplain State Forest - Thursday, May 3rd, 2012

A nice variety of birds both heard and seen. Of note were good looks at a Prothonotary Warbler as well as a perched and singing Louisiana Waterthrush. Also good looks at Blue-winged  and Prairie Warblers, Yellow-breasted Chat, and Indigo Bunting. Leaders: Jim Armstrong, Bert Hixon, and Karl Lukens.
