Cape May Point State Park - Sunday, May 20th, 2012

The group on this morning's Cape MAYgration State Park walk was treated to the sight of an adult Pine Warbler stripping bark from a tree to gather caterpillars for its young that were chipping nearby. A yellow-breasted chat that had been calling from a distance flew in to chatter on a close tree and at least 3 Piping Plover chicks were observed running on the beach. Leaders:  Mark Garland, Kathy & Roger Horn, and Patty Rourke.
