Tonight’s walk was very enjoyable. We had a number of ’new’ birders and some old friends. The weather was pleasant and we had some nice birds, perhaps the finest was a Horned Grebe in close to full breeding plumage. We also traveled to Avalon to enjoy looks at a Yellow-crowned Night-heron. Leaders: Warren Cairo, Gail Dwyer, and Shaun Bamford.
