Birding Cape May Point - Saturday, June 30th, 2012

Lots of gulls and terns on the beach and Bunker Pond. Good comparisons of Forster's and Common Terns in both breeding and non-breeding plumage as well as a few Royals. Shorebirds included both Yellowlegs and first returning Least Sandpipers. Some young Purple Martins out and about calling for food. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Kathy & Roger Horn, and Catherine Busch.
