Breeding Birds at the Rea Farm - Saturday, June 16th, 2012

A cool morning at the Beanery. Usual suspects, i.e., multiple looks at Indigo Bunting and Blue Grosbeak. Lots of Purple Martin and some Barn Swallows. Both Black and Turkey Vultures, and 1 Red-tailed Hawk. Warblers were Common Yellowthroat and a brief look at a very vocal Prothonotary. Leaders:  Karl Lukens, Warren Cairo, and Catherine Busch.
