Spring Migrants at the Rea Farm - Saturday, May 31st, 2014

Good fly-over birds today including Green Heron, Black-crowned Night-Heron, both vultures, Osprey, two immature Bald Eagles, a Red-tailed and, surprisingly, a Red-shouldered Hawk. The best of the bunch was one Mississippi Kite. We also had good looks at Common Yellowthroat, Yellow-breasted Chat, Prothonotary Warbler, and Indigo Bunting. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Warren Cairo, and David Lord.
