Sunset Birding at the Meadows - Friday, September 3 2010

Karl Lukens et. al report:

CMBO Sunset Birding at the Meadows - TNC. The hurricane weather cleared in time for the evening walk. Shorebirds were very good with numerous Pectoral Sandpipers, both yellowlegs, SB Dowitchers, and 4 Buff-breasted Sandpipers on the beach. Lots of Royal Terns, many Bobolinks overhead, and we finished off with a fly-over Common Nighthawk at the Parking lot. - Karl (Kathy, Roger, Warren, Shaun)"
