Somer's Point Boat Trip - Thursday, August 26 2010

"Another lovely evening with somewhat calm breezes and a really good night of birding aboard the Duke O' Fluke. The herons and skimmers did not dissapoint and there were a few unexpected surprises in store. A great one was the four Marbled Godwits that flew by, not too close, but satisfying none the less. The biggest surprise of all would have to be the Common Nighthawk that flew over Ocean City!! We ended the night with a beautiful look at a Peregrine." (Janet Crawford, Bill + Edie Schull, Dave Lord)
