Cox Hall Creek WMA was filled with birds coming in to feed and rest after a night of northwest winds. Good numbers of Swamp, Song, Chipping, White-throated and Field Sparrows, Yellow-rumped Warblers, Blue Jays, American Robins, Northern Flickers, Ruby- and Golden-crowned Kinglets and Hermit Thrushes were seen, along with smaller numbers of Palm Warblers, Eastern Towhees and Dark Eyed Juncos.
