Nice day for waterfowl including fly-over Cackling and Greater-white Fronted geese with Canadas, a Wood Duck, All 3 Scoter (1 each) in the surf and a Hooded Merganser. Lots of Red-throated Loons on the move. Interesting to see an aerial encounter between a Cooper's Hawk and a Northern Harrier.
