Birding the Meadows with Pete Dunne - Monday, November 5th, 2012

A good variety of ducks were present and the gannet show was spectacular. Viewing the latter also turned up a Brown Pelican. The beach also produced an American Oystercatcher and 2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls. Flyovers included 3 Wilson's Snipe, many Tree Swallows and 1 Cave Swallow, Pine Siskins, Purple Finches, and a Rusty Blackbird.  Leaders: Pete Dunne, Karl Lukens, Chuck & Mary Jane Slugg, Warren Cairo, Janet Crawford, and Catherine Busch.
