Higbee's Beach - Sunday April 10th 2011

The Sunday morning Higbee walk featured singing Palm Warblers, Field Sparrows, Brown Thrashers and Eastern Towhees, plus a handsome male American Kestrel perched atop a bare branch. A Spring Peeper thought he was safely camouflaged in a puddle but the scopes  gave us all a great view, a first for several in the group.
