South Cape May Meadows - Monday, August 02, 2010

Good waders and shorebirds this morning with Little Blue Heron and Snowy Egret in the same pond, Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs feeding together and four fly-over Tricolored Herons. A perched Indigo Bunting and a fly-over Bank Swallow were also of interest. One of the few remaining Piping Plovers, a fledged chick, was admired by all.
