"Today's special four hour trip aboard the Osprey was very productive, especially in the raptor department. We had a good number of Bald Eagles before we even out of the dock one of which did us a favor by sitting in the marsh for close inspection. We also swept the falcons, something we haven't done before. Other highlights include huge aggregations of Black-Bellied Plovers and Oystercatchers, as well as crowd-pleasing views of numerous Black-crowned Night-herons, which said goodnight to us in the light of a beautiful sunset (Will Kerling, Chris Tonkison, Dave Lord)."
