Birds of Belleplain - Saturday, May 7th, 2016

An exciting day At Belleplain State Forest and environs. Although it was damp and dreary, the birds were singing and actively feeding. Great looks were had of both Tanagers as we were serenaded by Wood Thrush and Ovenbirds. Leaders: Shaun Bamford, Bert Hixon, Chris Marks, Lillian Armstrong, Beth Freiday, and Deb Shaw.
