Birding Cape May Point - Wednesday, July 25th, 2012

Waders and shorebirds still good on Bunker Pond. Also many terns in varying plumages. Lots of Red-winged Blackbird flocks flying over. Purple Martins still numerous and Tree Swallows showed up in numbers with many juveniles. Many dragonflies of various types all over. Nice look at a perched and singing Blue Grosbeak near the end of the walk. Leaders: Mike Crewe, Karl Lukens, Steve Weis, Chris Marks, and Dave Lord.
