Sunday Morning at Turkey Point - March 11th, 2012

We had a total of 10 Bald Eagles at Turkey Point today. The Great Horned Owl nest had a chick visible. There were numerous waterfowl at the Maple Avenue Impoundments including Common Merganser, Common Goldeneye, Northern Shovelers, Bufflehead, and Lesser Scaup. We saw and heard Pine Warblers and Tree Swallows. Leaders: Karen Johnson, Janet Crawford, and Tony Klock.
