Notes:     CMBO Heislerville walk, leaders Pete Dunne, Janet Crawford, Warren Cairo, Chuck and Mary Jane Slugg, Mike Hannisian and Nancy Watson. A Peregrine Falcon chased many shorebirds out of the main impoundment, but enough came back to have a good look at Dunlin, White-rumped Sandpiper, Short-billed Dowitcher, Semipalmated Sandpiper, Least Sandpiper, Semipalmated Plover and Black-bellied Plover. There was one Least Tern. Five Ruddy Ducks and three Red-breasted Mergansers remain. An immature Little Blue Heron was in the third impoundment.
