Cape May Point State Park - Wednesday May 25th 2011

A nice balmy walk in the state park certainly hinted at summer on the way! Piping Plover chicks and American Oystercatchers on eggs on the beach and an influx of Cedar Waxwings was noticeable. A late Blackpoll Warbler was singing in the tree tops and a Green Heron atop a dead snag was a fine sight.
