Tonight’s Nummy Island Walk was still pretty cool with some good
birds. Common Loons in full breeding plumage were spectacular! We had
time to go north to Avalon to try for the Night Herons. We found both,
the Yellow-crowned were ‘Lifers’ for a couple of the participants.
