Higbee Beach Birding - Friday, October 7th, 2016

The signs of later fall have arrived with numerous White-throated Sparrows and Yellow-rumped Warblers appearing.  Blue Jays were seen everywhere, each carrying a nut as well as many Northern Flickers.  Sharp-shinned Hawks were actively hunting over the fields.  Brown Thrashers were also counted in high numbers. Group 1 Leaders:  David La Puma and Chris Marks.
