South Cape May Meadows - Monday October 17th 2011

Lots of raptors, including Sharp-shinned & Cooper's Hawks, Northern Harriers, two Peregrines, and two Bald Eagles, one sitting on the beach! Also a good variety of ducks, plus a few shorebirds present which included a White-rumped and three Stilt Sandpipers, a Dunlin and four Wilson's Snipe. A Lesser Black-backed Gull was on the beach and a couple of Northern Gannets flew by off shore.
