Birds of Nummy Island - Wednesday, April 12th, 2017

A beautiful spring evening and recent arrivals of Willet and Whimbrel were highlights of our survey of Nummy Island.  The Laughing Gulls have returned in force setting up housekeeping in the marshes. Two Little Blue Herons strutted their stuff and a Tricolored Heron had participants “oohing and ahhing.” Leaders: Gail Dwyer, Shaun Bamford, & Chris Marks.
