Bird Walk for Beginners - Monday, February 17th, 2014

A very cold day, with a breeze bringing the chill factor down. Started off before the walk with a dozen Snow Buntings landing in the Parking lot and a fly-by Merlin. Other birds of interest were a white belly Bald Eagle, and a Northern Goshawk perched on the Osprey platform on Lighthouse pond. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Warren Cairo, Kathy Horn, Catherine Busch, and Chris Marks.
