Karl Lukens writes: Very breezy, but some ducks were on the ponds, mostly American Wigeon and Gadwall, with Mallard and a few Northern Shoveler and Ring-necked Ducks. Passerines were hunkered down out of sight, but a couple of Fox Sparrows gave us a good look. A perched Red-tailed Hawk was nice.
