Kathy and Roger Horn et. al. report:
Location: Villas WMA
Observation date: 11/7/10
Notes: Despite the chill in the air and 15-20mph winds, the Villas WMA held a good variety of birds. A merlin perched obliginly and a few pine siskins joined the many goldfinches throughout the area. Both red and white-breasted nuthatches could be heard and seen, palm warblers are still present and both kinglets fed low along the paved paths.
