Cape May Point - Saturday, February 20, 2010

From Karl Lukens et. al.:"CMBO Birding Cape May Point Walk. Cold, clear, and still lots of snow around. A few less ducks, but the Redhead is still here in Lighthouse Pond with Am. Wigeons. Lily Lake has open water and lots of Gadwall, Mallards, Ring-necks, and coots. Scoters are well off shore but some are close enough to ID. Fox Sparrows are numerous and several Brown Thrashers were in the same areas scratching like sparrows, and numerous White-throated Sparrows were seen.- Karl (Kathy, Roger, Tom, Warren, Steve, Shaun, Chuck)"
