Nightfall at Jake's Landing-Sunday, February 25, 2018

The second "Nightfall at Jake's Landing" for the year featured balmy weather and brought several life birds for enthusiastic attendees.... highlights were a plethora of Tundra Swans and Eastern Meadowlarks as well as convergent Northern Harriers and Short-eared Owls. For a worthwhile finale, participants were treated to displaying American Woodcocks whose efforts were quietly curtailed be a flyover Great Horned Owl!
