Birding Cape May Point - Saturday, January 18th, 2014

A cold and windy morning and birds seemed to be honkered down. A good variety of ducks were found on the leeward side of the ponds. They included the usual Gadwalls, American Wigeon, and Mallard, as well as two maybe three drake Eurasian Wigeon, Ring-necked Ducks, Lesser Scaup, Redheads, and Ruddy Ducks. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Kathy & Roger Horn, Steve Weis, and Catherine Busch.
