Breeding Birds at the Rea Farm - Saturday, June 11th, 2016

The breeding birds are well into nesting and are now much quieter and early spring, however we did get numerous Indigo Buntings, heard Common Yellowthroat, Field Sparrows, and saw a fly-by Yellow-billed Cuckoo. Overhead were several Osprey with fish. Unusual were two American Oystercatchers and two Black Skimmers flying overhead. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Deb Payson, Cindy Bamford, and Kyle Chelius.
