Good comparisons of terns on the beach including Common, Forster's, Royal, and Caspian Terns. Great Blue, Green, and juvenile Little Blue in white plumage completed our sightings of herons; Great and Snowy Egrets were also present. Other highlights include Belted Kingfishers, Prairie Warblers, and a young turkey sitting in the middle of the trail. Leaders: Chuck Slugg, Warren Cairo, and Cindy Bamford.
