Birding Cape May Point - Saturday, March 15th

Nice weather and lots of ducks with good variety to scan. Amongst the ducks we found the drake Eurasian Wigeon and drake Eurasian Green-winged Teal. The continuing juvenile Painted Bunting was located in the shrubs behind the back yard feeder at 101 Lincoln Ave. From St. Peters dune crossover we had scoters, Northern Gannets, and Red-throated Loons. While scanning there, we found two early Purple Martins. Leaders: Karl Lukens, Kathy & Roger Horn, and Steve Weis.
